Bought in 1984 by A Local Businessman and Renamed the Tucson Cork, It Maintained A Warm, Welcoming Atmosphere While Offering Its Familiar Fare. in 1994 My Wife Colette and I Became the New Owners, and Jonathan's Cork Was Born.we Offer Many of the Best-Loved Menu Items From the Past, As Well As New Creations Influenced by My Formal Training in New Orleans.
